About us
South Pacific Memories boutique resort is the oasis we search for when we are travelling; the perfect spot to unwind, relax, explore and recharge, while making everlasting memories.
South Pacific Memories is a small family-owned boutique resort, fifteen minutes from the town centre, at a calm and quiet beach at the Pango peninsula, overlooking the entrance to the harbour of Port Vila. We welcome adults only.
The resort is brand new, built during the strange years of 2020 and 2021, and opened in March 2022. Each of the four bungalows have a veranda and a roof terrace for your private star-gazing night. Ask, and we will equip your roof space with hammocks or a fire pit.
The main house has the intimate restaurant and our shared green tree-top Cathedral overlooking the swimming pool and the beach, and will always offer you a nice breeze. Here is where we start our day with a fresh breakfast, deciding what suits your needs and wishes for the day.
Accommodation
South Pacific Memories boutique resort has four unique bungalows for rent. You will find art and mural art pieces like quotes, flowers, and drawings, and hopefully, you will find something that speaks to you.
The bungalows have a coffee station, WiFi, ceiling fan, AC(a fee applies), a safe, and a private rooftop terrace that we are happy to decorate to your satisfaction with a relaxing hammock, a fire pit, or maybe romantic lights for a special occasion? Let us know!
Breakfast is between 0800-0900AM.
Three of the bungalows have one spacious room and a bathroom. One bungalow has two bedrooms.
Booking
Our prices are per bungalow, and includes breakfast. Each bungalows sleeps two people. The rooms are spacious and can have one extra bed.
Price per bungalow is in low season 25,875 vt /2 pers /night, for low season the price is 28,750 vt /night. Extra bed is 4,000 vt /night. VAT is included. Please contact us for details.
We do bookings by direct booking, email, phone or contact form. Please find our conditions below.
We can organize airport transfers for you(extra cost).

Dining
“Making Memories” is the garden restaurant under the big old trees. We invite you to come with family or friends to have a calm chat or a celebration, or enjoy a time-out in your own company. We serve lunch and dinner.
We like to plan your visit well, so booking a day ahead is essential for lunch and dinner.
Opening hours for lunch: Monday – Sunday, 12:00 AM – 02:30 PM
Opening hours for dinner: Monday – Sunday, 06:00 PM – 09:00 PM
It is usually a set menu, mainly based on tastes from the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
Activities
Gym, we have a small gym available for our guests.
Bikes, use our bikes to explore the area.
Kayaks, we have three kayaks and a SUP board for you to use.
Swim and Snorkeling, the reef is perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
Scuba
Gone Diving Vanuatu is our in-house brand new PADI Dive Resort on the beach in a Marine Protected Area in Mele Bay.
We are open all days for fun dives, courses, and night dives, always run by PADI and HSA (Handicapped Scuba Association) instructors Anne and Petter.
We offer a range of PADI courses, from your first Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water certification to many Speciality courses and the first PADI professional level, Dive Master.

Booking Payments & Cancellations
Accommodation and scuba bookings are held as pending and not confirmed until the deposit has been received and cleared. A fee of 3.75 is added when paying by credit card.
The deposit is 50% of the total cost and
the balance of the booking must be paid one month before arrival.
We can’t refund due to bad weather, ship or flight cancellations so travel insurance is recommended.
Confirmed bookings cancelled attract the following costs:
14-30 days before arrival date, 50% of each day/night booked, and all transfer fees.
Less than 14 days before arrival date/no shows/or days/nights not used, 100% of each day/night cancelled.
