We stayed at SPM  for 10 days early August. I have visited Vanuatu four times to date so can make this review based on personal experience. In short – fabulous. A serene oasis with everything you might want if a break in a delightful setting with immaculate gardens, a clean pool,  lovely bungalows, fantastic food, great hosts, and with nothing too much trouble if help needed.  

The setting is beautiful, the surrounds great and the beach easy with snorkelling at the door step. The staff are super friendly , the Chef Andreas conjures up enticing meals with snacks available any time. There are only four bungalows so there is no crowding at any stage.  An outdoor movie on one evening was a nice touch, making the stay better than home!  If you want a peaceful holiday in a tranquil setting with easy access to Port Vila  this is the place.

An added bonus is that the road to SPM is by Vanuatu standards top class. The overall ambience is hard to beat but if you are into  crowds, noise and the hustle and bustle of a large place, this is not for you. Would we stay here again the answer is a definite YES.
